South Coast Regional - School Surf Initiative

On Friday the 14th March 2025, Big Picture students Pearl Peters (Year 12) and Elina Wood (Year 9) competed in the South Coast Regional - School Surf Initiative at Woonona Beach. Competing in the Senior Girls team division, Pearl and Elina won their first heat, making the final against Illawarra Sports High and 2 Bulli teams. In a nail-biting final, they were defeated by Illawarra Sports high by 0.04 of a point! Congratulations to the girls for their exemplary sportsmanship and representing FISC so positively at this annual event.
