We host many events and initiatives at FISC to build positive relationships that foster connectedness and a sense of belonging - both essential for wellbeing. Relationships and connections remain a core focus at FISC as students enrolling generally do not know each other, staff or the area. These events and initiatives bring staff and students together and provide a platform to enhance teacher student relationships which are vital to help build student self esteem.
