Business Studies is a vital component of the curriculum in New South Wales (NSW), offered in both Preliminary (Year 11) and Higher School Certificate (HSC, Year 12) stages. This subject equips students with essential knowledge about the principles of business, management, and economic systems. Preliminary Business Studies (Year 11)

Overview:
The Preliminary Business Studies course introduces students to the fundamental concepts and practices of business. It sets the foundation for further study in HSC Business Studies and provides students with practical skills applicable in real-world business situations.
