Adult Timber Classes (Beginners and Advanced)
These courses are designed for both beginners and those who wish to develop their wood working skills further. The beginners course has no prerequisites other than a desire to design and construct a variety of timber projects.

During the course you will use be able to experience working with a variety machining techniques as well a utilising hand tools in the production of their timber projects.
Projects
For the Beginners class there will be a set number of projects for the first semester and then you will be able to choose your own project to make. For the Advanced class you will be required to select your own project to contruct.
Course Costs
The 2022 course fee has been set at $120 and this is to be paid on enrolment into the course. This cost does not cover any timber. It does however cover many of the incidental consumables eg glue and nails, used in the course of construct timber projects. The set projects of the Beginners course will be covered by a fee that is currently set at $50. For all other project construct you are encouraged to bring your own materials to class but there are a limited amount of timber that you are able to purpose from the College and this payment is to be made in the front office.
